No CommunicationWedding Bug provides a webspace where couples can login and access their information They can fill our a checklist of shots to be taken She never submitted one.The professional is secured based on a style quiz we give the bride The photographer, who has been shooting professionally for many years, was a fine match for her vision Remember, her complaint was much more about how he shot (too long) and not what he shot.We give our customers the professional's info weeks prior to the event The photographer reaches out by phone to confirm all details within that time frame They spoke and confirmed.Maid of HonorOur photographer did shoot impromptu shots of the MOH, never thinking the bride would be upset [redacted] says their are 24...iff you include the shots of her with the bride and group shots with the bridesmaidsTook too long and not enough locationsShooting the family and bridal party during the hour cocktail hour can have its limitations with regard to shooting in various locations He tried to make the best use of his timeProfessional shooting can take some time She has no regard for the art She just wanted it done quickly.Frankly, I'm not sure how to address the three locations...that could be the case, but it wouldn't be specifically the photographer's decisionPhotographer in the Videographers Frame"the photographer got in the way of the videographer many times during the ceremony" I watched the ceremony The photographer's shoulder creeps into the frame for seconds We can crop in the video during editingHours of ServiceWe offer a 4, and hour package We offer our suggestions but ultimately it's the customer's choice to book the hours they need However, a hour contract does have its limitations and typically does not allow a photographer to cover the full day...unless they decide to extend the contract My photographer delivered over images which is about twice what we would have expected. If a customer wants hours we allow them to buy it I'm not sure why she feels we should have warned her We provided over images in that hours. The bottom line here is that the images are beautiful There's great coverage, variety and artistry Please take a look at the images Here's a link: [redacted] This customer bought our least expensive package at $ There's no album or prints, just the shooting fee, web hosting and a disc of all of the images They wanted 1/of their fee in return which would be about $ If I thought we hadn't provided a professional service with great value I would not have held my ground on the offering of an album I'm still willing to provide a 10xalbum with enhancing and a layout proofing As far as a refund, I don't think it's fair to all involved Hugh [redacted] Hugh R [redacted] / Vice President of Production / American Wedding Group

THIS COMPANY are bold face liarAs she said in her first sentence WE can AT times return the depositTheir web page is a lieLike I've said, we were told by a former employee that all they do is take the picture, they don't ask the bride what she wants, and then they send them off for editingI was told when I called them to ask questions about their business before I booked them, and was told on the phone we had a day cancelation policyIt's a business that advertises so much crap yet all they do is take your money, take the pictures, send them off to who ever to edit, and then call you when finishedA real photographer would edit themselves, and allow the bride to tell them what she wants done for pictures. I can send you my phone records, she did NOT call meSHE might have called someone elseBUT she never CALLED ME, the one that booked the picture sessionI want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Revdex.com:We were quite surprised to receive this complaint from the Revdex.com We have been working with her by phone and email to resolve her concernsOur customer's complaint was specifically about combinations of family members that weren't taken We attempted to create many of these
combinations through extensive digital work which we offered complimentary After completing the work, she felt the images weren't real enough We have since completed our print obligation and are in the final stages of completing her wedding album.I reached out to our customer and I'm happy to report we have found some common ground and resolved.Sincerely,Hugh R***

I am rejecting this response because:
In response to Hugh communication to Revdex.com, his allegations demonstrate a lack of honesty and integrity that reflects on the company that he works forTo back up my arguments in this response, I have sent via USPS priority mail tracking # *** *** *** *** *** *** emails conversations and evidence that the following communication from MrHugh is defaming and inaccurate and that my main complaint is based on factsHis inaccuracy is considering that he was not present at the time when the issue occurred and also that transactions were made with his representative Lynne Albright, at any moment and time MrHugh was included in any or part of the transaction made with his representativeTherefore, he has written this response based on impulses and without evidence or at least without verifying the information he conveyed on this communicationIn turn, many of his allegations can be interpreted by me as defamationNo Communication “Wedding Bug provides a webspace where couples can login and access their information They can fill our a checklist of shots to be taken She never submitted one.” Please take a look at document #where Lynne A*** confirms that she has received one among other required checklist for videos, DJ songs, etc“The professional is secured based on a style quiz we give the bride According to MrHugh a style quiz was available to meYes it was, in fact see document #which really matched my styleHowever the photographer did not have in his profile any of the key components of what the style quiz revealedPlease take a look at document #3. As the bride I communicated to the company my wishes about was I wanted for my photography servicesThe checklist of shots MrHugh is referring to, I chose favorites shots that I liked from their websiteSee document #“The photographer, who has been shooting professionally for many years, was a fine match for her vision”In this statement MrHugh contradicts himselfHe stated above that I never submitted a checklist of shots but he never mention if I did fill out the style quiz, therefore, how did he knows that this photographer was a fine match for my vision? All this information can be clearly verified on document #“Remember, her complaint was much more about how he shot (too long) and not what he shot.” That was the main complaint, however the photographer delays is part of the mismatch of what I requestedA photographer that takes candid pictures catches the moments of an ongoing event, it is not someone that takes pictures of the group in the same static position (because this photographer took at least minutes on this part) it is not someone that repeats pictures up to times to one single momentPlease see DVD labeled “Repetitions.” “We give our customers the professional's info weeks prior to the event The photographer reaches out by phone to confirm all details within that time frame They spoke and confirmed.” Because we indeed spoke in the phone, a few days before the wedding because I called him, he was unaware of the checklist for shots, he thought he was supposed to arrive at my house at 7pm and he didn’t know much about my wishesAs the bride I was very concerned and I called Lynne the next day and addressed my concerns to herShe said that she sent a list of the website with the information the client requests to the photographer and emphasized that she was going to reach out to him to make sure he was clear on our requestAt that point I told her to better assign a different photographer but because the wedding was a few days away less than days away, she ensured me that it was going to be fine and not to worry about itMaid of Honor “Our photographer did shoot impromptu shots of the MOH, never thinking the bride would be upset“I would not be upset because of the Maid of honor pictures if the time allowance was permissible, but the amount of time the photographer spent during the cocktail hour taking picture of the Maid of Honor (my sister) was excessive ‘*** says their are 24...iff you include the shots of her with the bride and group shots with the bridesmaids’ Although MrHugh claims there were only pictures takenIn the DVD labeled “Maid of Honor” you can see that there were pictures of her and not the group as MrHugh claimsTook too long and not enough locations “Shooting the family and bridal party during the hour cocktail hour can have its limitations with regard to shooting in various locations He tried to make the best use of his time” In the DVD labeled “Repetitions” you can appreciate if taking at least 8-pictures of the family in the same spot and position was necessaryAlso the wedding party repetitions in the same spot are excessive, not only shooting the pictures was the problem, he took exaggerated amount of time fixing people’s hair and flowers, head, etcand after posing for so long he decided to change lenses and taking his time for each shot and each repetitionShooting in at least locations was possibleDocument #shows images of a prior wedding that were successfully able to take pictures in a few locations including the red barn house during the cocktail hourI have verified also this information with the venue and other acquaintances“Professional shooting can take some time She has no regard for the art In hope that after the cocktail hour the photographer could take his time shooting professional images and considering having regards to the art: I wonder what happened during the wedding party entrance to the reception? Since MrHugh is so confident about the professional services his photographer provided, how did I, the client, ended up with blurred pictures of my wedding reception? If I have to have regards for art and professionalism of this photographer, how come I don’t have a SINGLE wedding party entrance to the reception image that I can frame or post for people to see? Revdex.com; please take a look at the DVD labeled “Blurred”Also, what happened with the cutting cake picture? I got a few pictures next to the cake, but where are the pictures where we are cutting the cake? He didn’t take any or he might do and never were given to meAll I remember me calling him across the room and the wedding planner tapping his shoulder to turn around and take the cake pictures instead of shooting pictures of the Maid of Honor with the Ring Bearer by the groom and bride sweetheart tableYou can see these pictures on the Maid of Honor DVD provided“She just wanted it done quickly.” I just wanted it done efficientlyPerhaps taking a few shots and moving along to different places and poses and not standing on the same spot and position for images of the same? I ended up upset at my wedding and telling the photographer that he was too technical, I decided to start walking towards the vintage car I paid for, and If I have candid pictures there, is because I told my husband to look at me and ignore the photographer’s requestHe was telling us what to do and how to move, but he never listened to my request; the Bride’s requestThat’s the reason why I have put too much time and energy to resolve this issue through Revdex.com “Frankly, I'm not sure how to address the three locations...that could be the case, but it wouldn't be specifically the photographer's decision” The photographer was told several times to go with the bride and groom to different places; which he chose to ignoreAs he self proclaims on his profile “Creative” he had no regards on creativity for this eventThen he even doesn’t match with his own profile, how I could expect he will match my expectationsPhotographer in the Videographers Frame MrHugh quoted me on "the photographer got in the way of the videographer many times during the ceremony" I watched the ceremony The photographer's shoulder creeps into the frame for seconds We can crop in the video during editingI wish this was true, however, if you look at Document # you clearly could see the photographer walking down the aisle in front of the bride and groom, in the middle of the lens of the videographer, how can that be crop? I just cannot use that part of the video when I am leaving the ceremonyOne could assume that a professional photographer knows better than getting in the way and obstructing the videographer, even worst in the middle of a ceremony RecessionHours of Service “We offer a 4, and hour package We offer our suggestions but ultimately it's the customer's choice to book the hours they need However, a hour contract does have its limitations and typically does not allow a photographer to cover the full day...unless they decide to extend the contract” According to the Wedding Bug website, hours of photographer can covers up of the events they offerMeaning can cover preparation, ceremony, and portraitPlease look at document #for complete information of the company’s websiteInformation in question is highlighted for your review“My photographer delivered over images which is about twice what we would have expected.” Yes, he didHowever, of those images were blurred, At least repetitions among all of themOn the confirmation email Lynne A*** sent me (see document #1) she states that typically I will receive imagesSo, Hugh is saying that I got twice as much? According to Lynne’s email then I should have receive only in the original formHowever, Hugh is trying to state that they went above and beyond and sent me over images, which of them were burred and about of them were repeatedThen I am falling short here in their promise to deliver about imagesAt least on Lynne’s email I interpreted that as quality images(Please review document #and verify if I am right or wrong) “If a customer wants hours we allow them to buy it I'm not sure why she feels we should have warned her We provided over images in that hours.” They didn’t need to warn me about it because they are assuring it can be done in the amount of time I requestedI do feel if they cannot provide a service they should not advertise it“The bottom line here is that the images are beautiful There's great coverage, variety and artistry Please take a look at the images Here's a link: *** Here you can see all the images, but you have to register in order to access themHowever, a lot of them were great, but the photographer failed to meet my expectation taking so long to take the images and giving me a hard time during my own weddingAlso the images you see when you open this link are first the picks of the photographerPlease take your time to browse through the pictures after the first There you will see many of the images I sent you via mail“This customer bought our least expensive package at $ There's no album or prints, just the shooting fee, web hosting and a disc of all of the images“I never wanted or asked to have albums or printsNow days people don’t use those thingsAt least we were never interested on it “They wanted 1/of their fee in return which would be about $ If I thought we hadn't provided a professional service with great value I would not have held my ground on the offering of an album. I'm still willing to provide a 10xalbum with enhancing and a layout proofing.” Providing an album to a customer that you handed out blurred images, a massive amount of repetitive images, and a customer who had to deal with a disrespectful photographer that had no regard whatsoever about the bride’s requests is unacceptableAt least would I was heard by the photographer and had pictures in other locations and maybe a variety of quality imagesPerhaps we would not have to go this far“As far as a refund, I don't think it's fair to all involved“All the proof I have sent via mail supporting my argument as opposed to MrHugh, who was not present at the wedding and any of the transactions involvedI stand my grounds that a refund should be made to usWe were the ones affected and we think a 50% refund of the photography services should be refundedThis might serve MrHugh Riley, to train better his staff, educate himself better when verifying information of his own companyIf he knew I had all these emails and documents saved, he would review carefully what he responded to the Revdex.com, It only shows me that he has not investigated all incidents carefully before responding to Revdex.com communicationsAfter reviewing all the material I have sent and this communication, I am hoping Revdex.com, will soon make a decision in this matterWhatever the outcome might be at this point, I may forward these materials and Revdex.com documentation to the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Protection AgenciesI will foremost protect my customer rightsThank You

Dear [redacted]:This is in response to case #[redacted] wedding that took place on May 3, 2014.  We are truly sorry to hear of [redacted]'s disappointment.  We are also disappointment this customer service issue has bypassed our normal channels that would have surely resolved...

her concerns.1 Year To PrintAs stated in our contract, our customers have 1 year from the date of their wedding to submit prepaid/package album and print orders.  I've attached a copy of her contract.  [redacted] submitted her order on Saturday, May 2, 2015 and the order was processed on Monday, May 4, 2015.  By that point, her images had gone off line and stalled her 10 free reprints order.   We have since pushed the order through.  The order was printing and shipped on Monday, June 8th.  Unfortunately, it took longer than the estimated 2 week delivery.  We Have No Record of CallsAs a rule, we log every call, email, text with a date and time stamp.   From May 9, 2014 (6 days after her wedding) when we sent an email letting her know her images were online, until May 30, 2015 when she sent the email below, we had not heard from her.Lynne,My husband and I got married last May and finally got around to ordering the 10 free prints that came with our package selection at the beginning of the month. May 2nd to be specific. It has not been almost a month and I STILL have not received the pictures. There is no tracking number listed for them. A month to get someone their pictures is absolutely ridiculous. I want to know where my pictures are and when they will be here. I have tried to call the company 2 days in a row and can't even get anyone on the phone. Again, ridiculous. A customer should not have to jump through hoops like this to receive pictures. I expect a timely response, and while I wait for it I will be making a Revdex.com complaint to ensure this is settled quickly. Our Director immediately left a message indicating he would look into the delay and push the order through.  The email from the bride was sent on Saturday, May 30th and our Director left a message on Tuesday morning June 2nd.  We aren't sure why she felt the message was bogus. Complaint against PhotographerFrankly, this is the first we are hearing of her disappointment.  Since it has been over 1 year since her wedding, we do not have the ability to accurately respond to her accusations.  We can tell you that the first image was shot 23 minutes after the start time.  All things being considered like setup, logistics or arrival of client, the first images being shot 20 minutes into the contracted time isn't unusual.  However, it clearly is not 30 to 45 minutes as she has stated in her complaint. We would have been happy to address any concerns [redacted] had regarding the behavior, shot selection or decision making of the photographer had this been within a reasonable time frame after the wedding.   We did not hear from her for over a year. RefundOur customer's overall satisfaction is important to all of us at Wedding Bug.   Frankly, we are confused and frustrated by this complaint.   [redacted]'s only post-event product is the delivery of 10 free bonus prints.  I can't refund a free service.   Her complaints regarding the photographer could have been addressed had we been contacted within a reasonable time after the wedding.[redacted], I tried reaching [redacted] on Friday, June 5th by phone.  She answered.  I told her who I was and the reason for my call and she indicated she couldn't speak at that time.  She said she would call me later that day.  Today is 5 days later and I haven't received a call yet.I'm hoping we can close this complaint and remove it from our record.Thank you for your time and consideration,Hugh *. R[redacted]Vice President Wedding Bug [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com:It has always been our intent at Wedding Bug to create happy customers and Yanina is no different.  Her initial complaint presented a real challenge for our customer service team.  Her complaint focused on the photographer's inability to work through the required wedding shots...

efficiently and effectively.  He seemed distracted.  He took too long to set up and create the photography.   They also believe he was preoccupied with the Maid of Honor.  The gallery has 9 solo images of her. Essentially this was more about how he shot rather than what he shot.  Within the 4 hour, $648.00 service we provided over 700 images of professional quality which is typically twice what a typical 4 hour contract would yield.  By the bride's request we added 150 additional images originally left out for quality reasons.  In total, there are 850 images included.  The main issue from our bride and groom's perspective was how he got there and not the quality or quantity of the images delivered.  They're service included 4 hours of on location coverage, an online gallery and a disc of all of the high res images.   The original disc reached them in August and a supplemental disc will leave at the end of the week. It will include the additional images she wanted added to the shoot.   At this point, their service is complete. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve with [redacted], I communicated with [redacted] via email and later by phone.  Unfortunately, I sent my response through our system using [redacted] email address rather than directly emailing [redacted].  My response was never acknowledged.  They said they never received the email. My response included a choice of either a complementary album or a 20% of the $648.00 service.   I stand by that offer.I truly regret and apologize for our bride and groom's unhappiness.   Wedding photography is an art form and requires thought, imagination and creativity.  All of this can take time.  Our goal is to provide beautiful imagery and we believe we delivered.I'm hopeful we can resolve this complaint with Yanina and Brendan.I look forward to your response. At your service,  Hugh A. R[redacted]Vice PresidentAWG

I am rejecting this response because:  Below is the entire Wedding Bug web sight.  YOU will not find anywhere that it says "NO REFUND" if you cancel with in 60 days as promised on the phone.  So whoever HUGH is, he better get my money refunded.  ALSO why is the last review done in 2009?  Because you won't allow anyone to put anything bad on their sight????

Revdex.com:It appears [redacted] emailed us on February 20, 2016 to unsubscribe to our email promotions.  She was deactivated.  On February 24th she was reactivated and received 3 emails between February 20th and April 18th.  Frankly, we aren't sure why she was reactivated.  We believe...

it was a glitch in our system.  We have since repaired the problem. We received an email from [redacted] on April 18th requesting to be deactivated again.  We immediately deactivated her account. It is not our intent to create a negative experience with our potential future customers. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience related to the receiving of additional unwanted emails.  [redacted] will not receive any future contact from American Wedding Group.Sincerely,Hugh ** R[redacted]Vice President American Wedding Group

To Whom It May Concern:
We are so sorry to hear of our customer's decision to not use our services for their May 2015 wedding.   We tried multiple times to discuss this decision in hopes of resolving our customer's reason for cancelling and, in some cases, determine if our "No...

Deposit Refund" policy should be waived.  In this case, our customer did not give us that opportunity.  Here are the details regarding our limited interaction.
[redacted], booked [redacted] and [redacted]'s wedding scheduled for May of 2015.  She deposited $150.00 on June 21, 2014.  On August 15, 2014 she emailed:
"We need to  cancel the wedding Pictures for May 16,2005 for [redacted]" we responded,  "Could I ask you why you need to cancel your photo services with us?" At 2:50 that afternoon our wedding advisor left a voice mail for her and again on August 18th with no response back until we received this email on the same day:
[redacted],
You can ask me anything.  However since you refuse to give my deposit back, I will withhold the information that was given to by ... Oh .... never mind... I want my Deposit Back.
[redacted] ...
One more piece of ADVICE ... this crap about keeping my deposit is going to be posted everywhere I can post it ......
We assume she read her contract that states the initial deposit on $150 is non-refundable 7 days after their deposit date or June 21, 2014.  Her complaint to the Revdex.com was filed on August 15th, the same day she sent her first email regarding the cancelling of this event.
We only wish we had the opportunity to resolve this before it was filed with the Revdex.com but clearly in this case we were not given that opportunity.  Unfortunately, the deposit of $150 is non-refundable after 7 days.   Her cancellation request was received more than 50 days after depositing.  We truly apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding.   We are proud of our business and its transparency.  Our customers mean everything to us.  I only wish we were able to address the concern that eventually lead us to this unfortunate Revdex.com complaint.
Sincerely,
Hugh *. R[redacted]

No CommunicationWedding Bug provides a webspace where couples can login and access their information.  They can fill our a checklist of shots to be taken.  She never submitted one.The professional is secured based on a style quiz we give the bride.  The photographer, who has been shooting professionally for many years, was a fine match for her vision.  Remember, her complaint was much more about how he shot (too long) and not what he shot.We give our customers the professional's info 2 weeks prior to the event.  The photographer reaches out by phone to confirm all details within that time frame.  They spoke and confirmed.Maid of HonorOur photographer did shoot 9 impromptu shots of the MOH, never thinking the bride would be upset.   [redacted] says their are 24...iff you include the shots of her with the bride and group shots with the bridesmaidsTook too long and not enough locationsShooting the family and bridal party during the 1 hour cocktail hour can have its limitations with regard to shooting in various locations.  He tried to make the best use of his timeProfessional shooting can take some time.  She has no regard for the art.  She just wanted it done quickly.Frankly, I'm not sure how to address the three locations...that could be the case, but it wouldn't be specifically the photographer's decisionPhotographer in the Videographers Frame"the photographer got in the way of the videographer many times during the ceremony"  I watched the ceremony.  The photographer's shoulder creeps into the frame for 7 seconds.  We can crop in the video during editing.4 Hours of ServiceWe offer a 4, 6 and 8 hour package.  We offer our suggestions but ultimately it's the customer's choice to book the hours they need.  However, a 4 hour contract does have its limitations and typically does not allow a photographer to cover the full day...unless they decide to extend the contract.  My photographer delivered over 700 images which is about twice what we would have expected. If a customer wants 4 hours we allow them to buy it.   I'm not sure why she feels we should have warned her.  We provided over 700 images in that 4 hours. The bottom line here is that the images are beautiful.  There's great coverage, variety and artistry.   Please take a look at the images.   Here's a link:[redacted]
This customer bought our least expensive package at $647.00.  There's no album or prints, just the shooting fee, web hosting and a disc of all of the images.  They wanted 1/2 of their fee in return which would be about $325.00.   If I thought we hadn't provided a professional service with great value I would not have held my ground on the offering of an album.  I'm still willing to provide a 10x10 album with enhancing and a layout proofing.  As far as a refund, I don't think it's fair to all involved.  Hugh[redacted] Hugh R[redacted] / Vice President of Production / American Wedding Group

Review: I have hired The wedding bug photography services for my wedding. I was told and I do have a contract saying that I should have my pictures online on their website for public view within 2 weeks. My wedding date was on May 18th. It has been almost 1 month but I have not been able to see the wedding pictures online because The wedding bug have not upload the pictures yet. I have called them at least 5 times. I talked to 3 different people and they told me they were going to call me back with a solution but they did not. I have left several messages, including 2 messages to the manager but she did not reply. Her name is [redacted] and her extension number is [redacted]. They never answer their phone. You have to always leave a message. The wedding phone number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want my pictures that I have paid for. Those pictures are the only one I have of my wedding. Thank you.

Review: Photographer assigned to photograph our wedding in June 2013 did not provide service that captured our wedding needs. He missed specific events throughout the ceremony for example when my spouse and I came out of the church where rose petals were thrown and spoke with one of my bridemaid's and said "oooppps I guess I missed it". We asked him to get us at the reception to take photos with my rings for a jeweler and he never came back. He took several pictures of us cutting the cake and feeding it to each other and none were on the website. I have a photo of him taking our photo from a guest at the wedding so he took some. Most of the photos are so blurry that I am not sure that the DVD will yield any for my frames. There are no close ups of me and the groom in a traditional portrait pose that I requested. Many of thephotos are so dark as well. It is as if he didn't know shutter speed or how to adjust for lighting. My wedding party saw him shooting with the camera behind his back. I have a listing of the out of focus photos and approximately 75%. The wedding photos look amateur instead of completely polished and so many are with my back turned to the camera. After 3 conversations with the Director of Photography, I was told that he would create an album for free, obtain the missing photos from the photographer if the photographer’s ex-wife would relinquish the laptop containing the photos and nothing happened. No response back from the Director at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like half if not all of the money I paid for because I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of concern about my event, the broken promises, the lack of returning phone calls to completely resolve the problem and the inability to provide all the photos and provide a reason why the photographer failed to provide service although he has been an employee for over ten years as per the Director's communication to me. In addition, the director [redacted] ([redacted]. [redacted].) agreed via phone that the photos were not acceptable.

To Whom It May Concern:

[redacted] was a guest at a wedding where we provided the photography. She ordered 4x5 prints and wallets. She received the prints but not the wallet size pictures. We had a glitch in our ordering system. When the wallets were reprinted we noticed that her crop was odd. We left her a message to verify and confirm her cropping. It appears voicemails and emails were exchanged.

We have since reprinted and mailed the wallets.

I've attempted to reach [redacted] by phone and have been unsuccessful.

We have logged calls made by [redacted] and responses made by customer service. All of this was in an attempt to verify and confirm and odd cropping of her wallet images as indicated in the email below.

11/16/13 - this email was sent to [redacted]

Hi [redacted],

I received your email in regards to the print order that was shipped. I can have this fixed but I just wanted to confirm a couple of the wallets. The lab has them on file, there is two images where they have concerns with the crops. Please confirm that you would like the wallets printed this way. Thank you, Janine

10/1/13 - email sent to [redacted]

Hi [redacted], I'm sorry about the cropping issues on the print that you received. Our website makes you do the cropping of the image yourself so that you know what is going to look like before it is printed. I'm also sorry that the rest of your wallet prints did not go through to our printer. I can have the order reprinted and shipped out to you, but I wanted to bring to your attention two more of the images that you cropped which appear to be cutting people off in the group photos. I have attached the files that will get sent to the printer so that you can see what I'm talking about.

We are frustrated and disappointed this matter created a complaint with the Revdex.com. We were attempting to confirm a crop where some in the image were cropped out. We should have just reprinted the order. [redacted] proved to be difficult to contact.

We apologize for this unfortunately matter. We've since resolved with our customer and consider this closed.

Sincerely,

Vice President

I want my deposit back of $150.00.Desired Settlement: I want my $150.00 back. they are advertising falsely .
