Dear Revdex.com;We are in receipt of your letter dated May 27th, regarding a complaint from Mr*** *** While we do not believe we caused any damage to Mr***'s vehicle, in the interest of customer service and to resolve this matter, we have agreed to
give him a complementary alignment

[redacted]This message is in regards to a rebuttal. I do not agree with the resolution because I have not heard back from Midas and they told me I could speak with a manager and they have not followed up regarding this issue I have had 3 other repair facilities including Midas look at my vehicle and these repair facilities have informed that I had no coolant when 2 months before this incident my coolant was flushed and hoses replaced by Midas. Therefore causing my vehicle to incur damages overheat and breakdown. I would like Midas to provide the funds to the repair facility of my choice for my vehicle repairs.Thank you[redacted]

Thank you for keeping us informed of the status of this complaint.  Regarding the last communication from David [redacted] dated Monday, October 3: The 5 Year Lease on the ACETYLENE and OXYGEN cylinders had expired in August 2015, on Invoice 3497397.  Mr. [redacted] called AW&G four (4) months later, December 2015, with a complaint about the price of the lease renewal; comparing pricing from a decade ago to current pricing.   AWG has tried to appease a difficult customer, David [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] verifies that our Branch Manager, Joe [redacted], offered to accept $300.00 on a $407.18 invoice, and Mr. [redacted] refused the deal but continued to keep the cylinders. Due to non payment and refusal to accept the offer, the lease was null after August 31, 2015.  As Mr. [redacted] purchased a lease years ago to avoid monthly rent charges, he is aware that without a lease, cylinders are on rent. Two cylinders remained on rent until they were returned in April 2016; which Mr. [redacted] still owes to AW&G, he had the cylinders.

My manager was out on vacation and just got back- I am putting together a rebuttal now.  Thank you.

Good Afternoon Benita, I am responding the complaint filed by Dave [redacted] located in Amherst, WI with the Revdex.com. Mr. [redacted] complaint does not match our information so what information or documentation will you need to close this matter?  Please email or call me.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]the only lease  that I have ever had was with Northern Welding and Supply and I was never informed by joe [redacted] of any tank rental until the Jan. 31st, 2016 billing . The signed lease I have clearly states that the distributor can not charge rental for these cylinders and no one told me different.I am not being difficult ,Joe [redacted] misled me into believing that I could negotiate a lessor lease price and then the company slams me with a $250.00 rental fee in Jan . 2016.
Regards,
Dave [redacted]
