Horrible communication from owner, actually no communication from owner except to attempt to get his money. Didn't show up for appointment, called numerous times to get in contact. Never received a call back. Would never recommend this company.

Horrible lack of communication from this business. Does not act with any kind of professionalism. Does not complete the services that were paid for.

I purchased the First-Class Luxury Detail Package from Amazon local, The package is $175.00 with the promotional value from Amazon I paid $88.00. I purchased this on 04/09/14 I didn't get in until 7/10/14. When I picked up my truck I was very disappointed. The package includes: Interior carpet shampoo, upholstery cleaning, leather care, cleaning of windows and doorjambs, three-stage buff and polishing, wash, vacuum, tire shine, and engine detail. What I got at best was a wash, wax, poor carpet shampoo and vacuum (salt stains still on the carpet), very poor upholstery cleaning there was still residue on the back seat were my dog had gotten sick that I could scrap off with my finger nail. windows were never touched ( nose prints and slobber from my dog, ring mark from my GPS), door jams untouched, tire shine was good but It was splattered all over my wheel flares witch are satin black very noticeable and wasn't wiped of (looked like crap), engine detail was good (but didn't care for the motor glaze ) I called and complained and another appointment was made for Tuesday 07/15/14. When I went to pick up my truck It wasn't done yet for I have arrived early at 2:45PM and I was to pick It up at 3:30PM, So I came Back at 3:30 and he was still vacuuming it out outside in the rain. When he saw me there about 3:45 he came to me and asked me if I had taken the key out off the door when I left earlier. I said No that was my spare key and I don't have it, Because he couldn't move it in out of the rain. he gave me a confused look went into his truck and fund the key, He said he felt like an it that he must of put them in when he got lunch, He continued to work on my truck for about 15 minutes, Then when he returned he said he got the salt stains out of the carpet (driver side only) and the spot out on the back seat from my dog.(never address the rest of the above issues) then he proceeded to offer me a free car wash and vacuum the next time I was in the area. Basically blew me off. Like I would come back for what I feel that I got in the first place! He didn't even clean the chrome bumpers he said we don't do that for promotional packages.
