Review: I ordered a bedroom set from Furniture Mart in Jacksonville, FL. Furniture Mart then gave a choice of 2 delivery companies. We chose American West and paid them an additional $562.08 on 1/17/14 for delivery. As of 4/22/14 (over 3 months), we still do not have our furniture. We have made numerous phone calls and emails to many people at Furniture Mart and American West in that time. American West initially said the delay was due to a bedrail that was scratched and they needed to get a new one. The latest excuse was that there is a scratch on the headboard and they needed to touch it up. We still do not have a delivery date and now we are looking at brand new furniture being damaged and repaired by American West in their warehouse. American West refuses to contact us in regards to setting a delivery date and at this point it is doubtful they will ever deliver our furniture.Desired Settlement: We would like to get a refund of the money paid to American West.
