The Owner James Boomhower is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever hired. He was hired to paint my house, he was not on site more than 60% of the time, he left an untrained worker to do the job. He did not cover any plants as stated in his contract - paint was all over my plants, trees, driveway, windows, etc. When I confronted him for breaking my plants and a driveway light, he disregarded me and did not own up to anything. Now claims I sexually harassed him which is untrue this is his way of getting out of the Contractors license board complaint.
