I am sorry that a full refund upon return of the merchandise is unacceptable to you Clearly, there is a miscommunication between you and our sales person, [redacted] , about the merchandise and what was shown to you vs what you received I understand you are unhappy which is why we will gladly accept the return and refund you in full for your purchase You will need to bring the merchandise to us though in order for a refund to happen.Is there some other outcome you are wanting?

Mr*** worked with our sales person, *** *** He purchased a lift and front and rear brake lines The picture attached was shown to Mr*** and he agreed that this was the lift he wanted to purchase We did not provide the installation, only the products to him
He received all the parts for the lift purchased I am also attaching his invoice which shows the parts he paid for and received. In his letter to the Revdex.com, he is saying he didn't receive Red Shock boots and Rear Leaf Springs These are available from us but not part of the lift he purchased The lift he received will work very well on his vehicle These extra parts he is questioning are optional and are often purchased because consumers like the look of them We are happy to sell him the Red Shock Boots and Rear Leaf Springs if he would like We can also provide a refund on the lift kit he purchased as long as we receive all parts back and they have not been previously installed and the packaging is in tact Mr*** called and talked with Mr*** on the phone Mr*** was at a doctors appointment and was going to call him back so we could help solve the problem for him but so far he has not called backWe truly value each and every customer and want to continue to do business with Mr*** We have been in business for over years and have done this by taking care of our customers Mr*** is welcome to call us back at *** and speak to *** again or he can also ask for our manager, Steve W***

I followed the instructions that John gave me to return the wheel back to the same address that the wheel came fromI called John again after *** ** confirmed the wheel was received and told him. My main issue is that I have been told several times that I would receive a refund, but I have never received it as to date. When I see the money credited to my *** card, I will gladly say this case is resolved and close it. *** ***
