We have researched this this issue and have found the following: Mr [redacted] came into our showroom and asked our salesman Ryan to purchase the “New York” footboard Chris L [redacted] is no longer an employee at American Wholesale Furniture Mr [redacted] was referred into us through a furniture dealer as we are strictly a Wholesale company and are not open to the public We do however allow our dealers to send their customers in to use our showroom Ryan in turn sold for our dealer the “New York” footboard that [redacted] requested and [redacted] picked up the footboard himselfWhen Mr [redacted] got the Footboard home and opened it he discovered that he had ordered the incorrect item He then called Ryan and figured out which footboard he really needed At that time we told Mr [redacted] that we would be happy to give him a 100% credit on the New York footboard when it is returned to us And that we could exchange it for the correct footboard at that time if he wished As stated we are a Wholesale company and as such are not able to do residential deliveries We feel that this is a very fair resolution to this issue Sincerely, Patrick M [redacted] Showroom Manager American Wholesale Furniture

go through the dealer who sold the merchandise to the consumer2. American Wholesale is only equipped to make deliveries to furniture storesWe deliver to business docks on 53' semi-trailersWe cannot make residential deliveries3. Attached is the original response to this claim sent on May 19, 2015. I did speak with *** Immediately following this to discuss his options*** was to get back to me and let me know how he would like to proceed to get this taken care of. Since then I never received a phone call, e-mail or any communication from him until I received this second letter from the Revdex.com today. This matter has been resolved.  Although [redacted] did not purchase this product from American Wholesale Furniture and we do not have any responsibility for the transportation of the box springs;  we did as an act of good faith find a retailer close to his home that would be willing to facilitate the exchange.  We shipped the box springs to Goshen, Indiana and the exchange has already taken place.  I spoke to [redacted] on the phone today and he is satisfied and very thankful for us going above and beyond what his warranty covered.  I do not understand the language in [redacted]’s last complaint to the Revdex.com.  Below are e-mails that I have sent to [redacted] in the past trying to get this issue resolved. Again American Wholesale Furniture has done everything possible to resolve this issue even though the product was not purchased from us as we are not open to the public and not responsible for this.  Please let us know that this case  ID # 10621508 has been closed and considered resolved by the Revdex.com.
