Review: My company sent in artwork to AWT to have Business Cards printed for a client. I received a call from AWT stating that the artwork wasn't sufficient. My Graphic Designer sent over the file again and there was still issues with the bleeds, and color of the cards. I needed the cards for my client and I stated that if the cards are close in color then go ahead and print them. AWT was physically given a sample card that had the right color. Later I was told by AWT that they don't color match. Myself and my designer have been doing business with AWT for years and we have never had an issue. Even if AWT doesn't color match it's clear that the color of the card my designer gave them and what was printed was way off. I spoke to [redacted] at AWT and she told me that I needed to fix a few things and that a proof would be printed for me to approve and that new cards would be run at no charge. I sent over what [redacted] requested and a proof was done. The first proof wasn't approved so I had my designer fix the artwork again and it got sent over to AWT. Another proof was done by AWT and this time it was approved. However when I picked up the proof [redacted] told me that she had some bad news. The bad news was that the owner [redacted] told [redacted] that I had to pay 70.00 for the new cards. [redacted] was doing the right thing. I told my customer that there was no charge. I feel that AWT needs to honor what was told to me. The color sent over was the right color, I feel since myself and my designer questioned AWT that there designer and [redacted] decided to make things hard for us. This is not the proper way to do business. I feel that what [redacted] told me that there was going to be no charge should have been accepted by [redacted]. If you tell your customer there is no charge and then charge again that is bad for business.Desired Settlement: I would like my 70.00 back. My designer and myself will never do business with AWT again based on how we were treated.
