I would normally not post a bad thing about anyone but this was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company that has been in business so long The owner, FRED, was arrogant and did not deliver what was promised Was quoted the wrong price from the get go then was promised one product for a certain price and they delivered a different product, I called them to try to fix things and tell them they shipped the wrong product, now they are trying to get me to pay for return shipping both ways, and now charge me even more for the product they originally promised I would not recommend Fred's to anyone based on how horrible and arrogant there reps, owner, and overall customer service is Overall, it was a horrible way to do business with someone and I myself would have made it right if I were in their shoes, instead they were so arrogant that they were ok with me shipping my entire order back

I got Service from AWG Repair when my glass was broken and they arrived at my home. The technician finds out a problem and solved it within an hour. I am satisfied with this service and also next time I will go with AWG.

I have used this business twice and the first time was a good experience which is why I called them again. It took two weeks to get glass replaced and I was quoted $740 for the whole job (unfortunately I did not get this in writing). The board up on the broken window was sloppy and I had to use tape to go over his job to prevent bugs from coming in. I would have been better off doing the "board up" myself. They charged me $850 which is over a hundred more than what was quoted. Since I did not get the estimate/invoice in writing from his first visit, I paid the amount and will never call on them again. I will warn my friends and neighbors to avoid them and use a different business.
