Months ago, my employee working the register called to notify me of a costumer complaining about her phone number being blocked from our phone system, that she could not call in her orderIt is our store policy to
block a number after a customer calls in an order and does not show up to our store or cancel the orderI will unblock a number if the customer comes in at a later time to apologize or explain why they never came for the orderI found later that night, I had an extremely angry review of my store on my restaurant Facebook page, where a woman used extremely foul language and insults and claimed she would never return to my restaurantI would quote it here, but she has taken it downA couple months later, I saw another comment by the same customer complaining of a fly on her celery sticks, again stating she would never eat here again.At the time of this response, I have two 1-star reviews on the business Facebook page, both from this customer and other accounts using pictures of the same personShe has since I believe she made multiple accounts to give me additional reviews.
Last Friday, September 2nd, my storefront employee came into the kitchen to inform me that this customer was picking up her foodI went to the front desk, and recognized the woman from her Facebook pictureI asked her if her name was ***, she said yes, and I asked if she had left two bad reviews of my store Facebook, again she said yesI told her that I saw her comments, but is still returning to eat here, I wanted to know what is going onShe said that my employee had a bad attitude and she found a fly on her celeryI apologized for both, and she said she would not eat the celery here because of itI asked why she cursed about us on the Facebook wall, and she said she never used bad languageI said she did, and if she keeps coming back to my restaurant even after giving it multiple bad reviews, I would like to know what problems she's having so I can fix themI gave her my name and informed her I was the owner and she could call or speak to me if she has an issue so I can fix itI told her I have a lot of good comments on the Facebook page, and our good reputation is important, and asked if she could remove the comment if she was still willing to come and eat here as frequently as she had beenShe wouldn't speak much to me as I talked, but she was polite, paid for her food, and leftAn hour later a negative comment using a different name but explaining this situation appeared on Facebook, similar to the complaint she sent to youIf my Facebook page is any indication of my and my employees' dedication to customer service, her behavior and comments are highly unusualWe have never before received any complaints through the Revdex.com, and hope to resolve this matter as soon as possibleThank you for your time

I am rejecting this response because: this owner never apologized to me he talked to me in a rude manner These are lies This is my whole point there is no acceptable reason for anyone from a business to confront a paying customer There is a way to approach people and talking loud and in front of other customers is unprofessional This will not get resolved I'm sure but I have just stopped eating there all together to because that was the best solution in my opinion Also those post were made so long ago the one about the fly was in April so why confront me about it August What is the motive because you saw me a week after I made the complaint
