Excellent experience The system was installed very professionally and neatly The installer was extremely polite, courteous, and sensitive to the exact locations that we wanted things to be mounted He explained the system very clearly, and was willing to accommodate several last-minute changes I could not ask for anything better

American Wireless has installed two video systems in my home about years apart I recently upgraded to the HD camera system and it works great They do a nice job on the installation and no hidden costs!

From the start, Bart was very professional and knowledgeable. Estimated the job to be less than half of a competitors. His crew showed up on time and was also very professional and knowledgeable. They couldn't complete the job the first day because I had 10 cameras installed around my property, but they did stay late, until about 7:00pm and were back the next morning first thing to wrap it up.
I couldn't be happier with the system and the entire process. This is how businesses are supposed to treat their customers and what is so lacking in today's society.

When we decided to place several surveillance cameras around our home, we interviewed several companies. Bart from American Wireless Alarm, Inc.made what we felt to be the best and clearest presentation and answered all our questions. American Wireless Alarm's price was also very competitive. The installers of the cameras were very knowledgeable and did a very clean job. Once their work was complete, Bart reviewed all the aspects of the system and helped us set up the computer, TV, phone and iPad for viewing the cameras live, as well as reviewing videos that are recorded whenever motion is detected. One very nice feature of American Wireless is that their personnel are always there to answer questions and offer assistance AFTER the installation is completed.

American Wireless Alarm was contracted to install security cameras in our park, their install crew was extremely impressive. They we neat, on time and very professional. Being the contact person I was kept in the loop every step of the install. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. I found the install crew to be very knowledgeable.
