Review: This heathclub is in violation of numerous laws including holding customers to contracts that violate consumer protection laws including not recognizing term dates (they state customers (even month to month) are indefinately subject to contract terms years after contracts have expired). They are also in violation of arbitrarily increasing rates without prior notification as is legally required. In addition they refuse to discuss the matter. [redacted] who is in business office refuses to listen and hanges up after 1 minute conversations.Desired Settlement: This business needs to follow the letter of the law, including not requiring more than the legally allowed time to cancel contract, not increasing without prior notice for month to month clients and not subjecting customers to threats of cancellation unless we allow them to break the law.
