Review: I called American woman services on august 28th 2014 to schedule an appointment for a procedure. I was informed that they took my insurance [redacted]). I provided them with the necessary information they asked for which was name, dob, address, policy number and verified my insurance to see if it was covered, the representative informed me that it did covered and confirmed my appointment. the day of the procedure which was August 30th 2014 when I arrived I was told that they didn't take my insurance that particular day and had no reason why and said that their call center made a mistake without contacting me which I had no option but to pay $395. I feel this is misrepresentation of the office also information to me on short notice and feel that I should be given back my money and they can go ahead and bill the insurance company.Desired Settlement: refund of my $395
