They attempt to convince you that someone in your office approved the charge when, in fact, nobody has. They may even claim to have a recording. The resolution last week stated that they would remove us from their contact list. They have failed to do so. Delete the invoice #[redacted]. Clear the $498.98 charge to $0. Send a letter noting the $0 balance. Cease and desist all further contact.
