Review: I ordered flowers online on Dec 31st for my niece who just had a baby. The email confirmation said the flowers would be delivered the same day. After waiting all day on the 31st the flowers were not delivered. The next day was New Years and no flowers were delivered. I called the next day, Thursday, Jan 2nd to find out what happed and when I spoke to [redacted] she had no idea and promised me a refund in 3-5 business days. I call again this morning as the refund has not appeared on my bank card. I spoke to [redacted] who said let me call the bank to find out what happed to the refund and I'll call you right back. After waiting another 30 minutes I called back and[redacted] was with a customer and the other girl who answered the phone said it will be another 2-3 days for the refund. I feel like I'm being scammed. No flowers, no refunds and no returned calls. I even submitted an email to the customer service email address with no response. I'll never do business with this company again!Desired Settlement: I want my money back and a letter of apology.

Review: I recently purchased a dozen roses on 7/19/13 from this company. The phone number is supposedly based out of California but the registered address for the company is in New Jersey. They never delivered my roses, never contacted me about having an alternative florist being contacted to deliver them, and finally never contacted me in regards to the order not being able to be delivered. I contacted their phone number ###-###-####. The staff was rude and wanted to "call back" with answers. They also said if I had a complaint their wasn't any management available that I needed to email a customer service email address... The company is totally unprofessional, rude, and lacks customer service. I told the representative on the phone I wanted a refund but still have yet to receive the refund. I have contacted my financial institution's fraud department.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded for the flowers ASAP. I would never buy from this florist again. Horrible

Review: On December 23, 2013 I ordered flowers online from [redacted] that claimed to be in Wilmington Delaware to be delivered to my mother in that city. No flowers were ever delivered but Americana Flowers charged my credit card. When contacted by phone they said they were processing a refund. They said the same thing in a follow up email. No refund has been sent to my credit card company, [redacted]. I can provide a copy of the emails.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of the amount charged to my credit card for flowers not delivered. Americana should be prohibited from deceptive practices in the future.

Review: I ORDERED FROM AMERICANAFLOWERS ON 12-23-14 AT 2:55AM ON THE INTERNET. ME A CONFIRMATRION # [redacted] NEVER RECIEVED IT.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE OF AMERICANA FLOWERS AT 2:55AM 12-23-14. THEY SENT ME A CONFIRMATION # [redacted] AND SAID MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS LEFT WITH THE SITE. THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY/ CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR A CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENT. I CALLED THE PLACE WHERE IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO AND SHE WAS THERE ALL DAY AND NO DELIVERY EVER ARRIVED.Desired Settlement: I AM A BUSINESS PERSON AND THIS WAS HANDLED VERY SLOPY. THE COMPANY SHOUYLD NOT BE ADVERTISING MERCHANDISE AND THEY DON'T DELIVER. THEYN ARE ACCEPTING PEOPLES CREDITCARD INFO AND THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED. THIS IS WHY I DON'T TRUST THE INTERNET FOR MUCH OF ANYTHING.BELIVE ME THIS WILL BE MY LAST. I WANT A REFUND IF MY CREDITCARD WAS CHARGED. I EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES TONIGHT ASKING WHAT HAPPENED. THIS WAS AFTER 11PM.

Review: What I ordered wasnt what was recieved. They said their policy is to contact the purchaser before substituting and they didnt contact me when they did

I ordered online thinking the company was in [redacted] as it was advertised online. When the planter was recieved it wasnt what I ordered and when I contacted them they said their policy was to contact the purchaser before substituting which they didnt do with me. The product that was recieved wasnt what I wanted and I am disappointed but all they will do is give me a 15 percent discount. When I found out they were in New Jersey and not ** I asked for name of florist who delivered and they said the discussion was over. I did find the florist and found out they charged me twice the amount they paid them for what I got. Also the delivery charge they charged me was twice what they paid the local florist. I am going to get a copy of the reciept from the local florist and am going to dispute the charge on my credit card as I think it was false advertising. If you dont have what I ordered you contact me and I could have got it alot cheaper from the local florist. To me they rip people off and falsey advertise their products.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card credited because I didnt get the product I wanted. This was a gift to my grand daugher for the birth of my first great grandson and it wasnt what I wanted her to get, what she recieved was ugly compared to what I wanted her to get. I want my money back so I can get her what I ordered in the first place. They are in the wrong and should have to refund me what I was charged.

Review: This business defrauds people with a hidden bait & switch statement and operates from a position of anonymity refusing to give an address or name

I purchased a large bouquet of flowers from this website. They flowers were not delivered. I complained and asked for a refund and instead they offered me a free 'upgrade'. Once the flowers were delivered not only did they not come with an 'upgrade' they were nothing like the advertised flowers. They were not the same type of flowers nor did they even resemble the flowers I ordered. They were much cheaper flowers. I ordered a bunch of rare roses and instead they sent cheap carnations and lilies. They DO have a "substitution" policy hidden away in a corner of their website that is easily overlooked and under a header of an unrelated nature. Even so, this policy says " Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to availability issues. If this is the case with the item you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. " Theme, Style; not even color were maintained and they certainly did not come close to items of equal or higher value by any means. It seems like a pretty straight-forward charge for expensive flowers and deliver cheap ones ploy. They only offered a total of 20% refund when the stuff they delivered was not even worth 1/2 of my total. They also offered to repo the flowers as if that is some kind of compensation or satisfying conclusion. I asked them instead to just stop ripping people off by making their substitution policy more obvious and maybe require users to click on an acknowledgment that they have read it before proceeding with the financial transaction. It was at this point that this mostly anonymous 'business' operating stopped communicating with me (over 2 weeks ago). The fraudulent intent is painfully obvious. In addition, this person operates from a position of anonymity. They only give a first name, and do not display any actual address or business licensing information. They would also not provide any of this information when asked.Desired Settlement: I seek a 70% financial compensation for their failure to abide by their own hidden substitution policy in that the flowers delivered were some of the cheapest available and it is obvious they outsourced the task to a local flower shop and ordered from them cheap stuff, so they could pocket the savings.

I also seek the dismantling of their website as the are obviously and intentionally operating illegitimately and fraudulently.

In absence of this resolution I would seek that this website move
