This is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. Lots of damage to the "new" furniture we paid good money for, and we didn't receive two couch pillows that we bought. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager (Dan) he said they had no proof that they weren't delivered and had no intention of remedying the situation. He eventually just walked away in to the back of the store. I guess that was his solution to solving a customer's complaint. Unbelievable!!! I plan on suing them in small claims court.
