Review: I stayed at Americana inn from 12/**/14-12/**/14. My friend paid for our first night which totaled 129.67 and I paid the second night which totaled 169. I did not get a receipt from the receptionist. A few days later when I was checking my bank account I noticed the hotel had charged me for both nights. I called them the next day and the hotel stated that it happens frequently and they couldn't do anything for me that I needed to call my bank. I notified my bank and they couldn't do anything since I did not have a receipt.Desired Settlement: I would like for Americana Inn to refund me 129.67 that they charged my friend and me.
