Americana Lodge

I have lived here at the Americana Lodge recently with my mom and in the past with my mom and dad and for the time that we have resided at the motel it was and has been very unsanitary and full of cockroaches and bedbugs. the Manager(s) Bob and Sudha Thakor has two employees who are registered sex offenders through Megan's Law (Who are not allowed to be anywhere near children at anytime while registered as a sex offender). The rooms are left dirty and unsanitary and there is always police going in and out of the property because of drug dealers,parolees and trouble makers who live on the premises. When you call the motel,and the management answers the phone they get rude with you and don't greet themselves as the americana lodge. There has been numerous complaints against the motel from current residents and from law officials that the motel's pool is very unsanitary and is poorly maintained (Which the management later filled the pool up with cheap dirt). The Americana used to have maid service everyday,where Sudha would come to your door and check to see if you needed towels,linens,toilet paper,etc. but they don't even utilize that anymore,now you have to go to the office or ask one of the employees for something and they don't even have maid service on sundays. They have a note on their linen room door stating that they are closed on sundays (Which is very stupid to say the least). I strongly recommend as a past and previous resident at the Americana Lodge that you don't stay here,go to another motel that maybe better. The Americana is all about money and that is all they are interested in.
