question was defective at the fault of AmericanBio, we offered to replace the defective product at no charge. [redacted] outright refused to accept replacement product even though they accepted part of the shipment which was not deemed defective. Left with no alternative. contrary to our policy, we agreed to pay [redacted] for the full value of the defective product or $19,095.45. Their claims about when we told them we would refund their money and the lack of communication is false. The fact is they were not happy with the timelines of the refund so they used the Revdex.com as a means to get paid more quickly. As a result, as you can see in the attached email, [redacted], the president of [redacted] Sciences , has agreed to a three installment payment plan beginning in February which he has received. The final two payments will be made in March and April as agreed. I certainly hope this puts this matter in such a light that this complaint can be expunged from American Bio's impeccable customer service record over the last forty years.
