Total *** I ordered a surveillance camera and never received it. I also never got a tracking number or a reply to several emails. Luckily it was only about $35 lost but I learned an invaluable lesson, one I really should have already known; Always, always, always read reviews before making an online purchase with an unfamiliar company. Had I come here first, I never would have ordered. I'm aware that some people will complain that the water was too wet but if every single review is extremely negative, that might be a red flag. The inability to speak with a live person is probably one as well.
The people associated with this fake company obviously do not believe in God but if they don't change, they will! I don't mean just the afterlife. I mean the law that what goes around, comes around which is similar to the law of gravity in that they are laws that don't change...never have, never will, whether you believe it or not. So when the anger and frustration you cause by misusing, misleading, and stealing from people is multiplied by 10 or 100 or 1000 in your life...know that you brought that upon yourselves and your families.

I went to the American Galore site and purchased a DSO338 handheld oscilloscope for $88 and never received it. I did receive the following message:

Your order has been canceled
Order was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded .

They NEVER refunded my money to my credit card. I sent them an email about it but never received a reply......I was extremely mad about this!
I learned my lesson. I need to check a company out completely before I order anything. ...

They charged me an extra $8 for an item that I didn't want they told me they refunded my money which I never received I've emailed them multiple times but have been ignored the last few times and they have not answered me to give me my refund would not recommend

Never buy from American Galore. Ordered a Walking unicorn and a robot for Christmas on December 7, 2019. Neither one arrived before Christmas. The Unicorn came wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard no box or instructions. The robot arrived mid January. It was missing the remote, the charger and the instructions. After several emails and copies of requested photos, I finally got an email that that they were going to send the missing parts. It's now 4 weeks since and I have received nothing. The robot is useless. I learned a lesson the hard way about being fooled by the company name. Never order from American Galore ever!

You will not receive whatever you order. I ordered one item, and 6 weeks later it has not arrived. I reached out to the company via email weeks ago, and there has been no response. When you try to call these clowns via phone, there is no way to speak to a representative. You'll simply receive a voice message assuring that your product will arrive within 20 business days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Same thing happened to me! Ordered 2 NUiFLASH USB FLASH DRIVES, but they didn't fit my iPhone. Contacted them, sent pictures, they said return to this address in China, but that would have cost me over $100 to mail (the 2 flash drives were $125). Funny, cuz the address on the envelope was Chino, CA! Now they won't respond to my emails. Then they sent me another pair! So now I have 4 USB Flash Drives that I can' use. Buyer beware! Their website is very misleading with a big picture of the Statute of Liberty on it.

Ordered an iPad cover and keyboard from American Galore. It arrived after quite a wait and was the wrong size. I sent pictures to them showing the size problem. They authorized a return if I would ship it to an address in China! I looked on Google and address appeared to be an empty lot somewhere in a Chinese city. The cost of shipping it would be more that it was worth so I told them forget it. Then they sent me a note saying to show good faith they would give me a 20% credit and that the credit had been issued. That was on January 29. It is now February 12 and no credit has been issued. Stay away.

They do not answer you at all. I spent over $91.00 to buy 2 mp3 players. I accidentally deleted my tracking number, they will not help me at all. That is why I give amazon 100 percent rating on taking care of there customers. These guys got my money, I dont even know where my product was shipped to.

Ordered an item I was eventually told was out of stock and have yet to receive a refund.
Placed an order on Dec 11 2019 and no delivery by Jan 15 2020, so I contacted them via e-mail. *** 22 I was told that the item was out of stock and I was being refunded within 7-10 days. It has now been 14 days and no refund. Don't know whether this is a scam or just a wildly inept company.

The products are worthless, don't even have a brand label! They do t work properly as advertised. I emailed since they have no other contact Info published on the website. It makes me believe it's a scam so I was glad to see their name showed up in Revdex.com records. They're a deceiving company and I demand a refund. They have a 30 day policy and it feels like they're waiting for it to go buy so I can't get a refund. I told them I will contact the authorities if they don't process a refund. I've emailed them multiple times and they stopped responding. This is unfair business practices what they do please help me.

Order #4989 placed with American Galore on 1/3/20. We only wanted one unit but somehow two ended up being charged. I sent multiple emails and tried to phone the company (which when you call a recording tells you to email). Meanwhile I was blasted with multiple emails asking me to buy more products but none addressing my problem. I was finally contacted after more than a week by *** a customer service manager without any resolution. Finally on 1/19/20 We received an email of a refund notification for $42.49 (not the $47.20 it should have been) That has yet to have shown up on our bank account. Today the product came in the mail finally after almost a month but to our shock it is marked in multiple places "For sales and warranty in China only! No where on the website is there any indication of this! The product is a Rescomf CPAP sanitizer. I think the model #is XD100 but since all the writing is in Chinese I'm not sure! There's also a longer # at the bottom XDXXXXXXXXXXX Is this even legal to sell in the USA? Certainly not ethical

This biz took 2 months to ship me an umbrella I ordered from their website. When the umbrella arrived, not only was it broken, the paint was not dry!
I ordered an umbrella from a website theamericangalore.com in November 2019, I finally received it January 13, 2020. The shipment came from China, it was lightly wrapped in bubble wrap, it was broken/cracked at the top of the umbrella and the paint from stem of the umbrella was staining my hands. I have reached out to this business via email, they are not responding, before they responded immediately, and now their website is down, not sure it
F it's just a coincidence. Terrible customer service and, faulty, defective products, should not be allowed to conduct business in this country!

On December 16, 2019 I placed an order on their website for a robot for a child. Just before they charged my credit card another screen popped up and was asking me a question I didn't realize what it was so I thought I canceled that off. However they ended up charging me for two items one at a cheaper discount. Immediately I canceled the entire order something didn't seem right. But I couldn't call the number on their website it was only a voicemail so I had to email them. The next morning someone responded and asked if I wanted to cancel the entire order or just one of the items so I said the entire order. After I told her that they still charged my credit card. A manager of the site first told me it would take 1-3 Business days for my refund. Then she said 7 to 10 days. It's January 9 and I still have not gotten a refund I've tried multiples of times to contact them but no avail. The order was canceled the items were never sent out, and I still never got my refund the total came to over $46.
