Review: I placed an order online through americanpearl.com on 12/**/13. Order number: [redacted]. A week later it still hadn't shipped. Was told by customer service that it would very soon. 2 weeks later it still hadn't shipped. I call again and say I need to know for sure that it will ship or I would cancel the order. Customer service says they will ship it that day and proceed to email me that tracking number which turns out to be a fake number. I call and email on 12/[redacted]requesting to cancel my order and be refunded. The person I talk to says they will pass the message on. I email again yesterday hoping for some confirmation of my cancelation. And then call last night and speak to a man who confirms that my order has not shipped and that he will pull it and put the refund in. Today I get an email that my order has shipped out and will arrive tomorrow. I do not want it. I' ve spent everyday this week on the phone with this company. Most of the time I am told customer service is unavailable and they can take a message and have someone call me back, which no one ever does. I've asked to speak to a manager to which they reply they don't have that information. I have been lied to by their sales staff repeatedly even going as far as emailing me a fake tracking number so I would think my order shipped. And when I call back and tell someone else from their customer service everything thats going on they brush it off and say someone will get back to me. Nothing gets resolved ever.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded back into my account. I do not want anything to do with this company. I have notified them on 4 separate occasions before my package shipped that I wanted to cancel my order and they send it anyway, 2 weeks later than promised. Customer service is either unavailable or when I do talk to them basically ignores everything I say and does nothing. The amount owed is 191.25. I will be refusing the package when it arrives tomorrow and have called and emailed them yet again asking that I be refunded the money.

Review: American Pearl sent me white earrings- I ordered Tahitian Black.

They waited until Xmas eve to ship me the wrong product. I emailed numerous times in order to expedite an exchange with no response. Finally, I was able to get a response back and after another 3 emails, I was able to receive from them a paid [redacted] shipping label so I could return the incorrect item.

They received the item Jan ** per [redacted] records, yet no exchange received nor a refund. They are claiming to pay pal they did not receive the return. I believe this company to be fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I want 100% of my payment to American Pearl, including shipping costs, refunded to me.

No more chance for exchange, I've waited long enough and have already purchased my Mom another pair of earrings elsewhere.

Review: I filed a previous complaint wit this company when they would not respond to my having an issue with a gift I ordered.

We agreed thatt hey would redo,the earrings I bought and send them to me. No one ever contacted me again. It's been over a month. I called and spoke to someone who said they could not refund my money because it was past thirty days. I ordered on Nov [redacted] for Xmas. I contacted them on Dec [redacted] about the fact that they sent earrings for pierced ears and they were suppose to be clip on earrings. They told me to wait until after New Years. On Jan [redacted] I started trying to contact the company and no response. I then downloaded a return form and sent the merchandise back with a registered package. That was on Jan[redacted]. I filed a complaint, they responded and said they could not credit, then agreed to fix the earrings. No contact since then! I have called they don't reapond! I want my $$ back!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back! This company is unreal to deal with! They shouldn't be able to scam people this way!!

I want a check mailed to me house!

Review: I ordered a Pearl ring on 11/**/13. Got email that it'll take 7-10 business days to get the ring. Up until now, I haven't received the merchandise. First call, I was told that it would take 24-48 hours to get the shipping information because of the delay. Received nothing, called back multiple times, and they keep referring us to response via email. I've done that and still not response. Called back to cancel, and told that I would get email notification but still got nothing. The rep was so rude and offer no explanation or apologies either.Desired Settlement: Need a response from the company or at least an explanation of what happened instead of pissing of the customers. Don't want anyone to go through this hustle like we do now.
