In response to your most recent letter of May 2, 2017, I spoke with [redacted] again, and asked for any information that would clarify the complaint by [redacted] regarding his transaction with AmericansTech LLCTo date, I have not received a response or any documents that would allow me to understand what the problem is and possibly come up with a solutionUnder the circumstances, I cannot help any further or offer a satisfactory conclusion to [redacted] The only time I have dealt with [redacted] was the one occasion on which he called me to complain about his dissatisfaction with the company and the execution of his request [redacted] assured me that [redacted] was a longstanding customer and he was t a loss to understand what went wrongI can only help with what I know and in this case, I know very little and have not been privy to how the problem can be solvedI am very sorry to have nothing more helpful to offer, but that is the way things stand at the moment.I have been looking closely at the performance of the company and see areas of deficiency that have to be addressed in order to bring the company to A-rating in my estimationI will put my best effort into this or see the closure of the company rather than becoming involved in a string of complaints that cannot be corrected.Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention and I am committed to improving what I can or giving up on bad results that I cannot change.Best Regards,Beverley AG [redacted]

In response to your letter, I contacted The Manager of the Technical team and he contacted the customer in question I was not involved in the execution of the transaction and was unable to address his issue when he called me However, *** *** assured me that the matter has been taken

I am rejecting this response because:I have not received any info on this matter.  Nothing has changed.  Who charged this $500.00, and who received this $500.00?  In addition, what was the purchase/service I allegedly received?
