With relation to the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] , I had the pleasure of talking to him on April 8th to discuss his issue with Americar charging cents on his credit card for the balance of his valet parkingI totally agree with Mr [redacted] and it is even our policy to NOT charge a customer's credit card for such a small amount because it costs us more in credit card fee's to charge such a small amount! At the time of his return we had a new hire that was not made aware of the policyI offered to refund the customer his cents but he declined so I decided to mail out some free parking coupons and Mr [redacted] was very happy with that and even complimented our serviceI am thankful that Mr [redacted] brought this issue to our attention and even more thankful for his businessKris Tucci Owner/President of Americar

I resevered airport valet parking at the location and paid in full online through Park ‘N Fly NetworkAfter arriving back and picking up my car I was told by the attendant that I was paid and set to godays later on 3/31/I was charged an additional $by Americar directly

Review: I purchased a car from Americar in [redacted]. Tax and tags was included in the price of the car. The temporary tags expired two weeks ago, and I have not received the regular tags from the dealership yet. For two weeks, they have told me that they were getting the tags, but I have not received them. They don't answer the phone when I call, and when they do answer the phone they put me on hold and do not come back to the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like you to contact the dealership and get them to get the tags for my car.
