customers but he decided to purchase the car AS IS NO WARRANTY and signed agreeing that I had no responsibility for repairs from there on. I sold him a good running car 3 month ago. I didn't threaten him, as a matter of fact he did and I have witness for that. That's when I called the cops but he left before the cops arrived. I have a confirmation that I cancelled the request for the cops to come and I am willing to show it. Therefore, I believe this is a frivolous complaint from Mr. [redacted] Also attached are copies of a signed used vehicle order and buyers guide that shows that Mr. [redacted] signed. I am not responsible for the cost of repair because he signed the "as is no warranty" on the day of purchase. He read all the papers and confirmed with his signature. I believe I sold him a good running car to my knowledge. I am not refunding his money nor fixing his car.He drove the car for about 3 month with no complaints at all! this is my final answer for this issue.
