I have seen this company on the TV for windows starting at [redacted] installed that was one of the reason that we used this company. Did our research on this company and that if they had A+ rating with the Revdex.com they should be good to use. First: salesmen doesn't know his product they didn't offer us the full screens for the windows that we order for the house. Also we had to pay for the full screens as an extra purchase (no discount offered). Second: thing is that if you on their site and you user the Schedule your free in home consultation TAB you will get hundreds of calls from other window companies before Americas Best calls you back. Third: The lady that his running the office is not nice and doesn't know how to talk to customers at all. She is good at steering you away from what you are calling for and turning things around so much you think it's you. Fourth: Day of install was great showed up on time and had the job done when they said they would. Cleaned up and left. Fifth: I suggest that if you use this company that you make sure that everything is perfect before they leave as it was a nightmare to get them to come back and get the little things done. We had to wait another 6-8 weeks for the screens that we purchased from them also. There is nothing the warehouse and everything is ordered to the customer's specs. We paid a lot of money and at best this was an alright experience. Might have to look around some more for windows to finish the house. One last thing is that we referred a friend to use this company while the install was happening and referral rate that you get back is a joke for what was spent.

Had this company install my bay window. Terrible workmanship. Had to call them back out to fix issues with installation. They left a mess outside on my lawn. Glass, nails, pieces of wrapping tin. They were also supposed to replace a door. When I called them back about the door they blew me off. The salesman just talks you into thinking how great they are. After getting other quotes for the rest of my windows did iI truly find out about how bad this company is. Recommend looking elsewhere before using this company for anything.

There are many window companies in the Omaha regional area however after careful selection, America's Best Choice was chosen to replace two windows in two different rooms, one of which was large and complicated. This company is extremely outstanding. The initial consultation was thorough and accurate. The company notified me when the windows arrived and scheduled the installation. After installation, my elderly mother thought she heard a whistling noise and the owner is so very conscientious that he personally came out to inspect and only found a minor tiny area that he re-caulked although in retrospect I'm not sure she heard a real whistling or not since the window is perfect by my view. This company is so very outstanding that it's unfathomable why I see a negative review on this web-site and felt compelled to write this. I'm not a relative, business associate or friend. I've never had any contact with this business prior to their work and am amazed at how excellent they are. When the time comes, I would only use this business above any other window business, to handle the rest of my house windows.
