frames from our $59.95 price selection, and a free eyeglass exam only. This does not include any additional features such as bifocals, tint, anti-reflective coating, thinner lenses, warranty, etc.Per store manager Brian, the customer purchased two pairs of progressives on 03/24/2016. She also purchased the Progressive Lens package which included basic progressive lenses, scratch coating, UV protection, and a one year warranty, which is an additional cost. This package is totally different from our 2 for $69.95 single vision promotion. There are no records on file of customer complaining about this matter at the store or with our Customer Care department,The manager Brian has agreed to give the customer a billing adjustment by honoring the two for 69.95 promotion, as desired. Brian will refund her the difference in the cost. The customer, however, will need to return her current progressive glasses to the store, and we will remake her glasses under the two for 69.95 promotion. Once again, this promotion does not include any additional features previously listed. Please advise Ms. [redacted] that she will need to return to the vision center by 05/12/2016 to take advantage of this offer. If this company provide service...

for only 1 year, with only one use, then their policy should specify that and their service should not be considered a one year's warranty if the company honors the warranty only once.

I bought glasses on FEB. 5th, 2015. When I received them, one pair had a defect. No big deal. They were sent back to be repaired. When I went to pick them up the second time the same defect was on the glasses but on the opposite lens so they were sent back a second time. I called every week and was told they don't know whats going on and that the store manager would call me, and I never received a call. I called every week till roughly May 25th, 2015 when I went into the store to request my money back. The store manager told me she had no idea what I was talking about, and that the best she can do for me is to get the glasses remade and put on rush delivery. That was the best she can do. I checked my deposits and they only tried refunding me roughly 80% of what I paid. I called the store and they said that's all I get. I called the customer service, which was very helpful, and they found the mistake and refunded the rest they owed. Before I hung up with the customer service representative, the store called me and acted like THEY found the issue and said they were gonna refund me. June 5th, 2015 I was fully refunded. It took four months for the problem to be resolved. I complained to the customer service and today, July 1st, 2015 they called and told me they cant do anything except give me 25% off of ONE pair of glasses. They got cheap glasses so that's only about $25.00 to $40.00. After making me wait 5 months that's all they can do. I live 40 min. away and had to drive up there three times. This company, not just the store, did they're very best to try and rip me off all the way until the very end. If u want to wait 5 months just to NOT get your glasses or compensation, than this is the right place. Thanks for reading!
