The 2012 Ford Fusion, owned by [redacted], was brought into Kwik Lube on December 6, 2017 for two new tires. The worst two tires, which were located on the front, were replaced. The front tires were bald. The mismatching tires on the rear were never touched. This was brought to my attention...
