We inspected two of them last week and found them to be incorrect. Therefore, on March 9, 2018, we refunded your credit card the full amount you spent on these glasses. On March 10, 2018, we emailed you confirmation of this refund. Today, March 12, 2018, we re-inspected the third pair of glasses and found them to be incorrect, as well. We are asking our lab to issue a full refund of the amount you spent on those glasses as well. You should receive an email later tonight or no later than tomorrow morning, confirming this refund. Once this refund has been issued, your order will have been fully refunded. We hope that this resolves this matter to your satisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:I don't know what method the optical store used to check the prescription. It is their job to make glasses, and they made the glasses I am currently wearing, and I can see very well out of these glasses, and if I couldn't see well out of these glasses, they would do what they can to rectify the situation. That's what reputable businesses do. I could not see well with the glasses Zenni made. Whether the disputed prescription value was positive or negative, it doesn't change the fact that my vision was terrible while wearing your glasses. Something was "clearly" wrong.
