Review: This hotel knowen as the vagabon inn / [redacted] is a public saftey hazard there are homeless drug adicts prostitutes, roaming the parking lot fighting and yelling the rooms are destroyed and smell horible carpets havent been replaced in ten years paint had been done in probably over ten years the rooms are infested with bed bugs place needs condemnedDesired Settlement: Condemn this place, I would like to be reimbursed since I only stayed two hours but could care less abought the money I truly belive this place should be shut down

The issue that has been brought to our attention by Mr. [redacted] was created by him. Mr. [redacted] checked in on February 141h, 2015 at 10:35pm and later was accompanied by his lady friend. Mr. [redacted] was so drunk later during the night, knocking on other guest rooms trying to locate his room and disturbing the guests. He also had friend s over that night and had created disturbance to other guests. Mr. Quail was instructed by the hotel night security to stay quiet and to request his friends to leave. He was also informed that if the noise continued he would be checked out with no refund. In the morning of February 15”, 2015, Mr. [redacted] came down and requested a late checkout of 12noon but stayed in the room till 12:30pm. The room that rented was freshly renovated and he was aware of It. As a hospitality industry we understand customers are always right but to falsely accuse a property, with the staff who goes out of their way to accommodate guests and keep them in a clean, safe and comfortable environment is disrespectful and shame on him.
