Americas Best Movers

I moved from North Carolina to Florida I hired America's Best Movers. The young men who packed the truck were great then my problems began.I was promised my furniture and other items on Aug 26th the truck did not arrive until Sept 3rd one table was broken, one box was missing, several glass items were broken and the movers also tracked mud into my brand new home and tore my brand new carpet When I pointed these things out to them they told me I would have to file a complaint which I did. America's Best Movers gave me the name of the company that I would have to contact and send my complaint which I did then I waited and waited I called several times and waited and waited then finally I was told that they are not responsible for the carpet and the total amount I would receive for my missing and broken items would be $39.00. I am still waiting for my money I moved in Aug of 2015 it is now Jan of 2016 I called the complaint company ,(which by the way is owned by America's Best Movers), a week ago and I was told I had to call the moving company I did they told me that I had to prove that they received the complaint from the complaint company how do I prove what someone else received? I called them back today and was told to call back on Monday REALLY??!! For $39.00 REALLY???? I am still waiting DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY IT IS NOT AMERICA'S BEST MOVERS, IT IS AMERICA'S WORSE MOVERS
