Matter has been resolved per complainants request.

First off,  this is total ** as they would say. No one, and I mean  no one has accepted any money from her. We actually raked her yard FREE TO HELP HER. She wanted a new roof, signed a contract (which wasn't forced in any manner), initialed every paragraph that was read directly to her so...

she was aware of everything and also the cancellation process, had US SEND an email for her to her loan company which she stated she was approved for and how much, set up an install date, and a week later TOLD US TO START.  AFTER THAT, we purchased materials, had them all ready for delivery, than the day we were starting she cancelled. We explained she owed a cancellation payment due to reimbursement for restocking fee to material company. She was well aware of everything and she filed a complaint because we sent her an invoice. She did speak with an attorney at which sided with us and explained that we were in the right. No one forced anything. Also, we have an apology letter and email from her stated she was sorry for the complaint and sent you all another email asking to have it removed because we didn't so anything wrong or out of the way improper or unorofessional. I can gladly send a copy of the email. This is why I dislike the Revdex.com,  this affects us greatly even though we have doNE everything correct and peofessional. We can not help that the material company charges to restock material once purchased and cancelled.
