I have tried to reach out to the customer so I can understand her complaint and issue a refund but I havent received a response from her Can you let her know we are trying to reach her to resolve this matter? Thank you ***

We mailed the pictures originally out on 4/15/The pictures were returned to us by the post office a month later due to wrong addressThe order form the customer filled out was hard to read and can easily been mistaken for the wrong address The customer called in on 5/19/to give us an
updated address and we mailed the pictures again on 5/19/We had not heard anything else from this customer until we received this complaint from the Revdex.com On 8/8/we mailed the pictures out with a signature required to release picturesWe also added extra copies and items to the package for their inconvenience

We offer the head coaches a free 5x7 at no charge. Mr. [redacted] did not purchase anything. That was mailed out by regular mail on 10/5/17.
