So rude staff.The hotel itself is not really bad the problem seems to be the management, my experience is having hard time every time I book this hotel through third party like Priceline , I met the same front desk guy twice , once around 10/17/2018 and another time Today 11/20/2018 , I mentioned to the guy that I need a smoking room he said no problem, once he figured out that I am booking through a third party he said no I don’t have any available, I still agreed and took the keys, he did the same thing he did last time, he gave me non-programmed keys (on purpose) so I went back and forth twice , then I found a dirty room with cups prints on the tables and dust everywhere plus a non working master light(see pics) , I went to him once again he said he can’t switch the room, so rude and disgusting, Priceline should exclude them from business, the guy name is Michael.
To whom it may concern:
The night was Tuesday November 20th, 2018 when Mr. *** was checking in at the motel. He processed to ask the night audit Michael for a smoking room and how much will it cost to stay, Michael gave him an answer about the question. That's when *** left the lobby and make an online reservation. Once that was done he return back the lobby to check and now ask to be in a smoking room which we cannot change room type due to the PMS system. It help keep inventory organized. After all said in done *** settled down into his room. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future.
