To whom it may concern; This customer rented two rooms for two nightsOn the first night there was a problem with the electronic lock on one of the rooms We gave the customer another room and one night refund on that room The customer stayed for the next night but wanted a refund for both rooms for two nights We could not foresee the problem with the lock and feel we made that situation right by giving the new room and not charging one nightWe felt the customers request for refunding all of the rooms and nights was an unreasonable request Respectfully, America's Best Value Inn, Grand Rivers, KY Management

We are willing to issue the refund of the rest of the stay for *** ***The total amount of his stay was $142.98, out of this amount $was already refunded on 9/25/So the remaining amount of the stay would be $As stated I will refund *** $but I need the credit card information in order to do soThe card that was used was a visa and ended in numbers 1654, if he could provide this information I can refund him the remaining amount and put this issue behind us. We never, ever asked for both rooms for both nights be refunded. All we wanted was our money back for our room for two nights. So, that is a lie. I have attached the pics from the toilet that had the feces on it after we just moved into the "new" room. He disputed there was feces on the toilet.
