Dear Sir,As I responded to you on May 19th through our corporate complaint,nothing has changed.The room you are complaining about has been rented pretty much every night with nothing but positive feedback.Also me and my employees use same ice machine that you are complaining about. I don't
mind revealing that particular room stat for last few months to Revdex.com.Philosophy is simple,be fair on others and be fair on self as well.Again I am small business owner and manager and I also have a right to make living. Thanks
