we always had a soft corner for the [redacted] familywhile there where here we had great relationship and for common courtesy we have helped them in many way so they have a hotel room to stayWe do not mind settling this by giving them the bellow listed money in the form of a company check12/26/Folio# [redacted] pet charge is $20.00.1/1/Folio# [redacted] pet charge is $616.00MINUS the money they owe us on rent is $$20.00+$= $( Total Pet Charges ) MINUS - $( Room Rent ) = total refund of $ 402.20.Mr [redacted] can pick the check up at the desk There will be a paper for the to sigh that we have settle this meter is common friendship to have a business and client relationship.Please let me know what day so we can issue the check ( pick up time is from 10AM to 3PM only.thank you

Business states that they have not been able to identify this customer with the information provided. The dates, amounts, and names are not consistent with anybody on their records. Business would like the name f the individual the room was registered under along with any invoices/receipts for...
