America's Best Value Inn & Suites - Fallon

When arriving at the hotel with multiple group of people we were told a price for the week that we agreed on, then once checking out the other groups got the price that was agreed on. When I checked out and paid with card I was over charged $65.38. Once I contacted the manager and he tried to inform me that the price that we agreed on at the beginning was a cash price which he never mentioned. So once speaking he agreed to refund the money back to my card. Repeatedly contacted the manager for refund and was told every time it is being put back on my card, which it still hasn't been, it's been 8 weeks with same response. I have all conversations with manager proving what we spoke about. I would like the money that is owed back to me, and believe this isn't how a business should be ran. He apparently checked out "one day early" due to work reasons. Upon check out we agreed that he will be credited for 1 day rent next week when he came back to stay, but he never did.
