Motel allowed more than a dozen people to stay in a room. manager refused to quiet the nose at 1:30 am. Rented 6 rooms to this party and told us "European" customers were better customers than American. None of the people spoke English and could not understand why we were not happy when they walked into our room and were shouting between rooms until all hours.Desired SettlementJust want the Revdex.com to know they reflect VERY poorly on your wonderful city!Business Response Mrs.* (person lodging the complaint) had a room at our hotel that was between a group of other rooms. These other rooms had some European guests who were sitting outside their rooms and talking loudly. We informed them that it was against hotel policy to do so. They couldn't understand English, but we thought they had got our message to go back into their rooms. Unfortunately, at 1:30 am they went back outside again and continued their previous behaviour. This time we threatened to call the police, and they finally went back to their rooms. It is just unfortunate that [redacted] was in the vicinity of these other guests. When she checked out we apologized and gave her a partial refund, and informed her we would do anything to help on her future stay at our hotel.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I understand the manager does not want to take responsibility for this, but I am still offended that he prefers non-american guests and will continue to tell others not to stay at this motel.
