On August 3rd, 2018, my husband booked us a room for nights through booking.com with this chainOnline, the pictures appear to show the hotel accommodations to be clean and neatBecause it was a last minute trip, there were minimal rooms available in StCharles and the StLouis areaThis hotel was budget friendly and in a great part of StCharlesWe showed up at 9:that eveningchildren, one including an infant and our dogIt took nearly minutes for check in, which means, we didn't get to our room until nearly 10pm, with and infant and two other younger childrenUpon entering the room, the stench was so overwhelming, I wasn't sure I would be able to stomach staying thereThe air condition was running, however, the humidity in the room made me turn the air down to a freezing just to get the moisture under controlWe were exhausted and just needed sleepThe smell of the room was like people pee that had been cleaned with some sort of chemical to make it smell lik

I am homeless and they have a winter program and during the winter the offer roomsI was a guest there last week through the programI stayed there for daysThey tried to make me check out a day early and the put me on their no stay list for no reason

This past week we received a letter informing our hotel a complaint was filed against our company.  Unfortunately at this time Mr. [redacted] is not welcome as a guest.  Mr. [redacted] stayed in our hotel on a number of occasions as part of a community program we are involved in St....

Charles City Mo.  [redacted] along with [redacted] ([redacted]) together offer a program for the homeless in the community.  The organizations pay the bill for hotel occurs with people who call the hotline when the weather is dangerous conditions, they are screened and one of their representatives call and reserve a room.  The guests of this program have stipulations and sign paperwork when checking into the property.  Mr. [redacted] has given the staff problems since 2015.  Our staff treats all guests with utmost respect, everyone works hard to accommodate and keep our property in good working order.  Attached is a e-mail we sent to [redacted] stating why we can no longer accommodate Mr. [redacted]  [redacted].  The Revdex.com is the 3rd complaint we have received. Our corporate office was contacted with complaint as well as the [redacted].  We have explained the unique situation, the only resolution is what the [redacted] and [redacted] plan on doing.  He did have another hotel to check in to per leaving our establishment.  Please feel free to call with any other questions.Thank you for your time.
