I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I am rejecting this response because:I do not want to try to stay there again. I just want my money back. We were trying to celebrate a holiday and the condition of the room and all the hassle completely ruined the night.

It's unfair!!! If not giving me a total refund, then give me 1/2 of it back. I will never stay there again, and no one that I know will either! I'll mention them on my media pages not to ever stay there because it's a zero on a 1-5 star..
