Signed up with this company,immediately changed mind after hanging up, called back to cancel and could only reach machine.
Will not answer the phone. Decided that I wanted to keep my current insurance after esigning and giving my debit card info. Called *** back at XXX-XXX-XXXX ext 282 multiple times only to get an answering machinc each time. Called bank and because it was on debit was told if company won't cancel and refund my money to let it post then dispute it.

Desired Outcome

That the company/*** return my call and cancel out the policy refunding my money onto my debit card. I am 100 percent disabled and live on a very limited income. (Even though I only get 882.00 per month the state if WV cancelled my Medicaid so I can't pick up the medications that I need. Totally sucks.

This complaint is ridiculous and quite slanderous. The potential customer agreed to buy a plan, called back, spoke with a manager, cancelled her plan with zero hassle, and was never charged anything. She was sent email confirmation of the cancel instantly. She was never charged, never will be charged, and was able to cancel within 24 hours with no problem. She chose the plan on Monday, and cancelled it on Tuesday morning. We really don't understand why now on Wednesday there would be a complaint.

Satisfied with the rest

A payment was taken out when I did not authorize it. After calling They could not find my payment and they can't refund me. It's ridiculous.
My husband called and was told they needed his credit card to hold his spot. After careful consideration we decided we did not want the insurance and called and told the representative that we no longer wanted the insurance. She said that was fine and that nothing would be charged to our account. On December 2 $530.00 were taken out after we had said we did not want the insurance. I called the company about 13 times with No answer. My last call I left a message saying I would take legal action if I did not get my refund or a ca back. I received a call from the representative claiming she did not remember us calling at that she does not understand and that is have to speak to the billing company which is enrollment first. After calling enrollment first several time without an answer I left a message saying I would take legal action if I did not receive a response or my refund. After 2 minutes I received a call from the superior manager saying that he cannot find the account under my husbands name and that they have no idea what happened and can't find a file. I emailed the manager a picture of where their company withdrew $530 from our account. He received the picture and still could not find our account said he'd have to do research. I believe this is a scam and that they are lying about everything

Desired Outcome

I just want the $530 back in my account since they had no authorization to take it out and I want it in my account as fast as they took it.

The actual customer here is *** He purchased insurance and scheduled a payment for December 2nd. *** is a dependent on his policy. *** never cancelled this plan. However a day after the payment, *** called to cancel. She has already received her refund so there is no issue. If we received a call prior to the charge to cancel, they never would have been charged. It seemed as if *** and *** were not on the same page. There is really no point in charging a customer when you know they don't want a plan... once again, they have already received their refund as requested

THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU THINGS ARE COVERED ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ARENT AND NOW I OWN OUR DOTORS OFFICE OVER 2K. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THESE PEOPLE SAY. THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU TO BUY THERE PLANS!!!!!!

We do not mislead customers, as you can see by our positive rating on this website. This particular customer had a deductible they needed to meet, it is possible they do not understand that, and did not meet that deductible. We have reached out to them to offer our assistance in determining if that is the case.
