I still have no date on when they are going to start the siding on the house or fix the water damage.  
They told me the 20th for the shed roofing.  I asked to clarify if this was June 20th, 2016 and did not get a response.  
They have been telling us they will be out to complete the projects week after week after week.

The requested warranty and paperwork has been sent out twice to the [redacted].
Greg spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Dec 31st and we then sent both Warranty and Lien Release paperwork again.
We apologize for any hassle or delay in receiving the paperwork.

To Whom It May Concern,We did receive a request from the [redacted] for a refund on the down payment they paid us for a project that we are contracted to do for them.However, we were also told by the [redacted] that the down payment given could be switched to another project we are contracted to do for...

them that no down payment was given and was still due to us. They had mentioned issues with a property they had just purchased and wanted to push the projects to the fall. We are looking to resolve this for the [redacted] and believe we can come to a mutual agreement.
On the contract for the work to be done on the Garage everything is done except for the Roofing.
There is a balance remaining due on that contract of $ 9,000.00 that the [redacted] are holding.
On the contract for the work to be done on the Home everything is done except the Siding and
one window to be installed. There is a balance of $ 18,926.00 that the [redacted] are holding.
We are willing to give an additional $ 8,000.00 to allow more than enough money needed to
wrap up the remaining work not completed. That gives the [redacted] $ 35,926.00 to complete
their project. We believe that is a fair agreement. Thank You

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In regards to your e-mail Americas Choice has not given us a start and finish date in writing.  There will be not a second contract.  When a person has this kind of hell getting started on the first contract there will be no more.  When we have to get Attorneys involved to get started on the first contract we must be stupid.  There are other contractors out there which are reputable.Let us know what the results are and their comments.

First of all, we apologize for the delay in getting the [redacted] project completed. 
We are working towards getting bothe the shop roof and house siding completed as soon as possible.

intent to have any homeowner unhappy and completely understand the frustration in the long wait
to get this completed. We are communicating with the [redacted] and will get this resolved and completed
as quickly as we can for them.

Both sides have legal counsel and we are working on a few minor details but we have agreed onfinishing one of the contracts by Nov 24th. Review: IN JULY OF 2112 THEY PUT NEW ROOFS ON MY HOUSE AND OUT BUILDINGS . THE MAIN HOUSE HAD ISSUES SHORTLY AFTER THEY FINISHED . THEY I GUESS ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM THERE CONTINUED TO BE LEAKS. THERE WAS A TIME WHEN THEY REMOVED PART OF THE NEW ROOF AND REPLACED IT. THINGS SEAMED TO BE OK UNTIL IT SNOWED AND THAWED. IONCE AGAIN GOT AHOLD OF THEM IT WAS A WHILE AND I HAD NOT HEARD FROM THEM I CALLED AND THE SECRETARY TOLD ME SHE HAD NOT GOTTEN THE MESSAGE AND DON'T CALL ANY ONE BUT HER .THEY CAME OUT TO AGAIN TRY TO FIX THE LEAKS. THE LEAKS KEEP LEAKING THEN THERE WERE LEAKS THAT STARTED THAT DID'NT LEAK BEFORE THEY WENT AND CAULKED THE SHINGELS NUMBER ONE THE ROOF LOOK LIKE IT WAS AN OLD REPAIRED ROOF THAT DID'NT STOP THE LEAKS FINALLT THEY TORE PART OF THE ROOF OFF AGAIN AND BUT AMEMBRAIN MATERIAL ON PART OF THE ROOF THIS STOPPED THE LEAKS IN THE PLAY ROOM BUT THE ROOFS IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE STILL LEAK TO THIS DAY I HAVE CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY SEAM NOT TO CARE THAT MY ROOFS ARE STILL LEAKING AND THWN THERE IS THE ISSUE OF THE DAMANG TO THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE THE POSSIBILITY OF MOLD AND ROTTEN WOOD THAT COULD CAUSE A LOT MORE PROBLEMS. THE FACT THAT MY ROOF DID'NT LEAK BEFORE THEY PUT A ROOF ON ECCEPT IN ONE SMALL SPOT MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAW THAT THE T-LOCK SHINGLES COULD NOT BE MATCHED REPLACED ALL THE ROOFS IT IS NOW 11/ 15 AND THERE AT NO TIME THAT PARTS OF MY ROOF HAVEN'T LEAKED. I THINK THIS ALL BUT CRIMINAL BECAUSE I HAVE OWNED MY OWN BUISNESS FOR OVER 20 YEARSDesired Settlement: I GUESS AT THIS TIME IWOULD THINK THAT THE WHOLE ROOF BE REMOVED AND SOME ONE ELSE DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND NOT BE 3+ YEARS AND STILL HAVE LEAKS.

Review: In July, I hired Americas Choice to re-roof my house and garage that was damaged from a hail storm. My complaint (other than they did a horrible job installing the drip edges on the house and did not replace the drip edges on the garage) is that they still have not produced a final invoice to my insurance company or myself. This is holding up my payment from the insurance company. USAA and myself have made numerous attempts to contact Americas Choice and we only get an answering machine and no return call or email.Desired Settlement: Immediately produce a final invoice to USAA so that I can finalize my claim. A partial refund for the shabby work and work not done on the drip edges would be a nice plus as well.
