Review: America's Daily Deals, Inc. sells half price coupons to places that are going out of business. Upon calling, they say to put a complaint on website and they will reimburse original amount. I have sent 10 emails with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology with the understanding they will not sell coupons for unstable businesses.
Review: I purchased two Daily Deals for $8 each from this company for a restaurant and when I went to use the second one the restaurant was out of business. I asked for a refund of the $8 I paid through their customer service email twice (received confirmation of the emails on 3/29/13 and 4/8/13) and left a message on their answering machine between those two emails with my phone number. I have not received a response and have not received a credit to my account.Desired Settlement: I would merely like a refund of the $8 I paid. A credit to my account with the company would be acceptable but I would prefer the credit to my credit card at this point.
Review: My complaint involves almost all of your categories above, but at the end I want my money refunded. I purchased a coupon from America's daily deals which advertised $16 worth of food at [redacted] in Santee, CA for $8. I paid $8, but when I went to redeem just two weeks later I found the business was closed. I've contacted America's Daily by phone, email and letter and they haven't responded. On yelp you can see many others are saying the same things. My complaint is for: Services, false advertising, poor customer service, and fraud. He is selling items that can't be redeemed for what he is advertising.Desired Settlement: I want my $8 I paid for a coupon. Certificate number # [redacted] refunded. Also, I would like to warn consumers not to purchase from them because many of the coupons aren't accepted even if the company is still in business. According to consumers on Yelp, the owner doesn't reimburse the companys so they don't accept his coupons. Essentially, the same issue as mine except for those business are still open! What a scam artist....
