I am rejecting this response because:The amount I am owed is 175.94. I was given inconsistencies in regards to my refund.  I was the one who had to go to the loan company and get a copy of the stop garnishment and fax it to my job.  This was the same number the loan company said they had faxed.  My job had never received a fax from them. I find it ironic that now they have a date as to when they the loan company sent the money back.  I requested this information over the phone and could not get a anwser.  I was told my acct was closed and that they the loan company couldn't give me a date.  Then in another phone conversation I was told a date.  I just want my 175.94. I have a loan right now  with them because I have had a hardship but I will never do business with them again. I am not accepting their response.

issued a refund directly to her on July 18th, 2017 in the amount of $1.65. We did receive an additional garnishment payment from her employer on July 17th, 2017; however, it was mailed back directly to hr employer (per the garnishment department's request) at [redacted] on July 18th, 2017.
