Review: the company in question, upon installing "Gutter Guards" which were sold to us with the GUARANTEE that they would "prevent the need for cleaning out gutters every year", and the salesman stated that if they do not work the company will come out and clean the gutters for us at no charge. Such has been the case since they were installed. This year with all the excessive cold weather the gutters themselves have been damaged because the guards failed to do as guaranteed and rid the gutters of the leaves and muck, thus making an icy, heavy mess of the gutters themselves and they are falling down. The company in question was here and repaired the falling gutters on the north side of the home but stated they did not have enough materials to repair the south side gutters and were supposed to come back out in a week or so, upon obtaining the needed materials, to finish the job which has never happened to date. We are now afraid with the gutters ready to fall off that the roof may soon begin to leak.Desired Settlement: being as how we have had so many issues with these Guards and this company we would like the company to refund the money we paid to have these guards installed so we can get the gutters repaired correctly and do not have to be begging them to come and clean the gutters every year as they stated they would do, as it always takes them far too long to come out when we call them for service.
