unsuccessfully took the exam twice prior to requesting a refund.While it is unfortunate that the course came an end prior to her being able to attempt the exam for the third time, our website clearly states that the course would expire on /202014.In an attempt to work with [redacted], AHP notified her today, via email, that we would be willing to enroll her in the 2015 Medicare course at no cost to her, in hopes of reaching an amicable solution to her dissatisfaction.Best regard

I had a dispute with this company with the Revdex.com previously. The company agreed to refund my $125 payment for a training course I enrolled in because I was unhappy with the flawed testing process. The company refunded (per our agreement) $125 to my checking account on 2/2/2015 for the payment I made with my debit card on 11/06/2014. Without my authorization The company then charged the $125 back to my account on 2/23/2015. The company had previously credited a credit card for the $125 I paid with it for a second enrollment in the same training course. The company had refunded $250 instead of the $125 I had agreed to. I did owe the $125 they took from my account but they should not have taken the money without my authorization. I was in the process of deciding whether or not to send them a check for $125 when they took the money from my account. The issue here is the UNAUTHORIZED charge they made against my account.
I think the company should put the $125 back that they took from my account. They can then bill me and I will decide if I will pay them or not. It seems the company that claimed that their test was not flawed does make mistakes after all.
