Review: I am complaining about the horrible service this company has. I needed my bathtub replace. I had 90% of the old bathtub remove and also provided a new bathtub & surround to help lower the cost of the project. When KBA Homes sent a guy to inspect & get a quote for the project, the person was able to see all the pipes & valves and anything he can see because the old bathtub was removed. I signed the contact 4/17/16. The next three weeks I've been calling & emailing to set up an appointment to get the project started. They have been giving me excuses saying they'll call back or that the manager is busy, and after a while they'll start ignoring my phone calls and email. When I did get a hold of the manager all I get was excuses from, they were waiting for the permit, they didn't have any installers, they were out of parts(the pipe valves) & I hear these excuses for weeks! After weeks and weeks they finally sent a guy to install the bathtub the guy didn't do much but made things worst. The installer from KBA Homes attempted to replace the pipes and valves and broke one of the hot water pipes. He then said we have to cover the damages that he made and when we said we weren't going to pay for his damages the installer packed up and left. He left us with no water since he broke the pipes and for hours I tried to call the manager and again nothing but excuses saying they'll send another guy swap. By then end of the day they said KBA HOMES WILL NOT CONTINUE WITH THE PROJECT anymore because I had a pre-existing water leak. For couple days I didn't have any water! I did have puddle of water underneath the house but that wasn't from a broken water pipe, it is from a broken drain pipe. The drain pipe broke between April and June & had another company doing the repair. I later found out KBA sent an unlicensed & inexperience contractor. Since now I haven't gotten my money back from KBA. I got a new contactor installing the bathtub & fixing KBA mess they left behind. I want my money back from this awful companyDesired Settlement: I want my full refund and compensation
