America's Lift Chair

When I received my chair, I love the color, it's beautiful, comfortable, and fun to use. But it's not for me it's for my husband, he needed it. I count this as a blessing from God.
Until I asked him how it was doing and this is what he said. I started to find, nuts, and bolts on the floor so this is the reason for my text. I even found an extra piece that I didn't know about, so I need you to have someone check this chair for me, please. The lights on the remote don't go off. This has been happening for three days. ORDERED A LIFT CHAIR FROM 'AMERICA'S LIFT CHAIR LLC. MAY 2019, HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH CHAIR, MOSTLY CONNECTORS AND WIRES COMING LOOSE. HAD SERVICE A COUPLE OF TIMES. THEY HAVE A LONG TIME TO RESPOND. NOW, HAVE THE CHAIR DOESN'T WORK, NO HEAT OR MASSAGE. UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM, LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES, NO RESPONSE. CONTACTED THE CREDIT COMPANY AND STOPPED PAYMENTS FROM BANK.
