I filled out an application. I was called on my lunch and I spoke with him but I did mention to please contact me after 5PM on the APPLICATION. So one he does not know how to read...I mean why have a section on when to call and not follow it.... Two he was very quick and RUDE. I am a polite person and I will call you SIR if I feel like it... and Third you don't ask someone "So why couldn't you pay your bills?" No you say so what happened that got you behind on your bills. That's more appropriate.. and then when I told him about how I lost my job last year and was evicted he was like sorry ma'am I can't help you..CLICK... no bye or have a nice day or why he couldn't help me.... If it's the eviction it's okay that is fine but don't cut me short...

My question is... Is their someone out their who can help someone in my situation needing a home for my family who has had some minor problems in life... He acted like it was my fault and I am a horrible person... an Eviction does not make me a horrible person... I lived their for 3 yrs and I lost my job that was NOT my fault... Your emoployees need to me nicer. I don't care about understanding because if it is policy their is nothing you can do... But please be NICER and more PROFESSIONAL... I did not have a good experience talking with him and I can't even remember his name.... He called me from XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Totally ruined my day and all I was doing was trying to see what my options would be.. He was in no way of help at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
