I ordered a product when it came to me it looked like it had been a returned item or refurbished it was messing some screws the plastic bag had been ripped open so the screws were not in it they could not send me any screws they did not have any in the warehouse so they had to send me a new one when I opened the new one it was in great shape everything was there it was wrapped like a new one and the screws was in 2 bags and I told them I believed the first one was refurbished and not wrapped properly I think they should have gave me a discount on the second one instead of full price it was there mistake the customer is always right It was just a bad experience I have been ordering on line for years and this is the first company that I have had problems with.
